Role: Electronics Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to take ownership of electronic designs from concept to production. You will be responsible for schematic design, component.


Key Responsibilities:


Design & Development: Design, develop, simulate, prototype, and productize reliable and high-quality electronic designs.


Component & Supplier Management: Identify necessary components, modules, and subsystems, including researching and selecting appropriate suppliers and vendors.


Documentation: Create thorough technical documentation, plans, and reports detailing electronic designs, board/subsystem functionality, development approach, test procedures, and usage.


System Integration: Implement and improve the functionalities of our robotic systems, embedded systems, sensors, and sensor networks through innovative electronic designs.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (firmware, software, mechanical) to understand project requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide constructive feedback during design reviews and problem-solving sessions.


Quality & Efficiency: Validate product functionalities against specified requirements, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Continuously seek to improve product and process quality and efficiency.


Professional Growth: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them to innovative solutions.


Project Management: Prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver quality work while adhering to project deadlines.


Qualifications:


● Education: Graduate degree in Electronics or a related field; or proven professional

experience and a strong track record as an Electronics Engineer.


● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with a passion for electronics and a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.


● Core Knowledge:

○ Theory and Practice of Analog and Digital Electronics.

○ Schematic design, board-level design, and board layout principles.

○ Microcontrollers, peripherals, and interfacing.

○ Programmable devices (FPGA).

○ Power, thermal, and reliability aspects of electronic design.


● Desired Knowledge (One or more of the following is a plus):

○ Programming in C / C++ on any platform.

○ Digital Signal Processing (DSP).

○ VHDL / Verilog.


Essential Skills:

○ Solid understanding of best practices and guidelines in practical electronics.

○ Attention to detail, strong teamwork, and initiative.

○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective technical communication and seamless teamwork.

○ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
